The Cosmic Bundle! Wizard101 Bundle Idea

Cosmic Bundle Wizard101
Long ago aliens crashed on a remote world of the Spiral. Thousands of years later, you stumble upon the wreckage and discover some awesome new item for your wizard:
The Flying Saucer Mount
The Ancient Flying Saucer used by the aliens to traverse the most unforgiving worlds of the Spiral. The craft give the rider 40% speed and should they come under attack will provide them a 2% damage boost. It is also a two person mount, and the second rider would actually appear to be trapped in the ship's tractor beam!

Alien Probe Pet
The last survivor of the probes sent through out the Spiral. This probe is a storm pet and would have abilities similar to the other Bundle Pets, but would get a new talent. The talent would be "Tractor Beam" and would gives you a better chance of getting "rare" drops such as gear, pets, or mounts.

The ET Battle Armor and Extraterrestrial Laser Gun
A set of the alien armor fits perfectly! The armor would appear rounded and metallic, and would be more of a damage set. The Extraterrestrial Laser Gun would provide the user a storm wand hit and a may cast Vengeance.

The Downed Saucer Castle
Finally the castle! The space ship itself. The exterior of the home would have a pond with fish (the new fish being an NPC from Celestia) and a large lawn area. The interior would have two levels, the first is a round hallway the has several rooms lining it, the second would be a glass domed observatory and control room area, and would have a control panel where you would get your daily reward. It would be a sort of teleport system and the command would say "Request Materials from Homeworld", which would give you the typical house rewards. The hidden room would be a probing area, and would be found somewhere in the house.

I think this bundle would be a unique edition to the Spiral, and would hint that there may be even more out there...

Hollyjolly! Wizard101 World Idea

Wizard101 World Hollyjolly Christmas
Merry Christmas! In honor of the upcoming holiday, I have created a new Christmas themed world for the Spiral!

Welcome to Hollyjolly, the most festive world in all the Spiral! The world is covered in snowy forests and frosty mountains, and his home to Santa Claus and his family.

At level 40, you would get a message from Felix Navidad to meet him in his home on Colossus Boulevard. You will go to his house where he reveals his homeworld is the distant world known as Hollyjolly. He had been speaking with his Christmas Elf Pen Pal, who has been saying things in Hollyjolly have been not doing to well. Worried for his friend's safety, Felix sends you to Hollyjolly.

Elvan Village:
You arrive in the hub of the world, a small village made from what appear to be gingerbread houses. Here, you find the elvan pen pal, who says that Santa's Castle has been going berserk! He sends you to the castle to investigate...

The Snow Flat:
This is a large snowy plain, where Santa's Castle, The Great Tree, and the Peppermint Mines are located.

Santa's Castle:
Santa's Castle is a dungeon, you enter into the main hall, and you find an elf wearing blue (named Hermey), you fight him and he snaps out of his trance! He reveals he doesn't like being a working elf and wants to be a dentist in the world of Dentmark. You fight your way through the castle, fighting renegade toy machines and entranced elves, until you reach Santa's quarters. You go in and discover he is missing! Hermey theorizes Santa might be in his favorite look out point, on top of The Great Tree.

The Great Tree:
The Great Tree is a tower made of five levels, along the way you fight Ornament Golems (hovering ornaments with hook arms), Christmas Treants, and more entranced elves. Once you reach the top you fight Santa who is Ice and Mrs. Claus who is Myth. Once you defeat them Mrs. Claus snaps out of it, but Santa takes off on his sleigh! Mrs. Claus tells you to meet her at the base of the tree to figure out what to do next.

Northern Woods:
Mrs. Claus send you to the Northern Woods, to find witness of Santa's escape. There you find a reindeer Clarice. She drops a reference to Rudolph, and tells you to that she saw a sleigh go down in the mountains, BUT the way to the mountains is blocked by a river! She sends you to find a way to get to the mountains by talking to Sam the Snowman. Sam tells you to defeat monsters to build a bridge including collecting silver and gold from the Killer Snowmen, and wood from under the trees. After you build a bridge you enter the mountains!

Northern Mountains:
The moment you enter the mountains, someone calls you into a cave. You enter and fight Yukon, a Fire boss, who drops a dog sled mount! After you defeat him, he realizes you aren't a Bumble and allows you to join him. He helps you look for the downed sleigh, including quests that involve defeating the Ice type bumbles.

Iceberg Sea:
You finally reach a dungeon, where you find the sleigh but realize it has long been abandon. Before you can go back to tell Yukon, the ground beneath you breaks off and you drift out into the Iceberg Sea! One the sea, you island block breaks down, and you fight a series of three monsters, including a snow drake, a glacier elemental, and other ice related sea monsters. Once you leave the dungeon, you enter the Island of Misfit Toys.

Island of Misfit Toys:
This is a small island located on the other side of the iceberg sea. Upon your arrival, you fight a Charlie in the Box located on the beach. After defeating one, you realize you are among a society of cast out toys! NPCs in this area include, Dolly for Sue, Ostrich Cowboy, Scooter for Jimmy, and other misfits. Eventually you fight bosses who drop spotted elephant pets and swimming bird pets and wand that looks like pistols that shoot jelly. After this you travel to the Island's Palace, and talk to the king. He explains that this island has not been noticed by Santa in a hundred years and that they would help you find him in exchange for being noticed. Once you agree, he sends you back to Mrs. Claus (in the Snow Flat) in a handy dandy teleport.

Peppermint Mines:
A messenger scooter appears and tells you that Santa is in the Peppermint Mines, but beware since there are dangerous forces at work there. The Scooter for Jimmy goes with you to the dungeon and before you enter Yukon appears and informs you he is going with you. You enter the mines and fight your way through, fighting more entranced elves, an entranced rudolph, and finally Santa. After defeating Santa, he snaps out of it and tells you that the Easter Bunny was behind all of this. You go and fight the Easter Bunny, who is the final boss of the world. After defeating him, he says his prank may have gone a bit too far and that he is going to return to Easter Island where he belongs. Santa finishes the world by telling you that he'd been in a prank war with the Easter Bunny for years, and that it was now his turn to prank him. You remind Santa of the Misfit Toys and he thanks you for your help.

You round out the world out by talking to Hermey who is now moving to Dentmark and Felix's Elvan Pen Pal who sends you back to Colossus Boulevard where you inform Felix of his homeworld's refound peace.

Along this world you receive many companions on your journey, who give you stat boosts:
Hermey the Elf - 10% Resist to all
Sam the Snowman - 15% Ice Resist
Yukon - 5% Damage to all
Scooter for Jimmy - +5% Speed while following   10% Power Pip chance

Neat drops from this world include:
Dog Sled Mount
+40% Speed mount
Looks like a dog sled pulled by various dogs of various breeds and sizes. (Dropped by Yukon)

Bumble Pet
An ice pet, is a small yeti looking pet. Idle animation would be them jumping up and bouncing on their stomach and back up to the feet. (Dropped by Bumbles)

Spotted Elephant Pet
A myth pet, looks like the spotted elephant from the Island of Misfit Toys. (Dropped by a boss on Island of Misfit Toys)

Swimming Fish Pet
A balance pet, looks like an owl with a fish tail. (Dropped by a boss on Island of Misfit Toys)

New Charity Mount Ideas!

Happy Holidays!

As most of you know, Wizard101 and Pirate101 have released charity mounts for the holiday season for many years now, but recently they have only been using the Polaris Express. So I have come up with a few new charity mounts to fill the void...

The Charity Mistletoad!
Santa gives the good kids present and the bad kids coal... but what does he do with the straight up evil? Well he sends the mistletoad after them of course, complete with heat seeking missiles, state of the art tracking, and fly catching tongue capabilities, the mistletoad is a formidable attack vehicle, that will surely help guide your adventures in the Spiral.

The Charity Mistletoad would hop around for its movement and provide a +40% speed, the idle animation for the mount would be you typing something onto the control panel.

The Charity Ornamentapus!
Hailing from the Spiral's deepest darkest oceans, the Ornamentapus only comes out for the most festive occasions. The Ornamentapus is a quick moving, glow in the dark friend that any Spiral explorer would be lucky to have.

The Charity Ornamentapus would move by kicking out one of its tentacles and grabbing the ground in a really quick motion. The player would sit on top of its large head. The Charity Ornamentapus would give +40% speed.

The Walwreath!
The elusive Walwreath is native to some of the most cold shores of the Spiral. For most of the year, the walwreath hibernates, but when the yuletide spirit drifts in, they wake up for a couple months in the year.

The Charity Walwreath will move by flopping up and down and will grant the player +40% speed.

The Yuletide!
The Yuletides are the most magical and festive waves in the Spiral. Surf the yuletides before they wash back to the Spiral oceans forever!

The yuletide would be a retexture of the Tanglewood Vine mount, and it would appear like waves going in a constant circle, with small holiday related things being washed around in them. It would also provide a +40% speed boost.

Happy Holidays from Ideas of the Spiral! Stay tuned for another holiday post on the 15th! Here's a hint: Where do you think Felix Navidad is from?
Comment below any Yuletide Charity Mounts or Pets you'd like to see! Maybe I'll turn them into a post for next year!

The Unicornucopia Ranch! Wizard101 Castle Idea

Happy Thanksgiving! In honor of the holiday of thanks, I created a new Castle Design.

Welcome to the Unicornucopia Ranch!
Situated just off the shores of Unicornucopia, a magical world with mysterious woods and rainbow seas, the Unicornucopia Ranch has recently been vacated by its previous owner... and now who will watch over the world's prized unicorns and the Horn of Plenty?

The Unicornucopia Ranch would be a crowns shop house, worth 7500 crowns (no gold).

The unique properties of the world Unicornucopia allow any pet placed in the house to gain one pet xp per day spent placed in the home (so after 125 days, your pet would become a teen).

The home would classify as a Deluxe House, and can fit 250 items inside and outside of the house. Also, it can fit an extra ten pets, bumping the limit for this house up to 60 pets inside and outside.

The inside of the house would be accessed through the barn, and would consist of an area very similar to the interior of either the Death House or the Red Barn Farm house, and would be cozy and homey. but towards the back, the house opens up into the courtyard located inside of the massive cornucopia.

The area would be a little forested getaway, with a small pedestal in the center. On top of the pedestal is the Horn of Plenty, a magical item created by the most ancient, magical unicorns on Unicornucopia.

The Horn of Plenty can be used once a day to receive some unicorn themed items:

  • Unicorn Treasure Cards
  • Uni-corn Pet Snack
  • Antique Unicorn Reagent
  • Unicorn Pet (From the Wizard City Shopping District)
  • Unicorn Statue
  • Rental Unicorn Mounts such as the Dream Philly or Astral Unicorn
And some rare drops including:
  • Fog Unicorn
  • Grimhorn pets
If you liked this house design, please feel free to view the other Castle I've done- The Candied Cottage.
Comment below any castle ideas you have, and maybe I'll make them into a new post...

Fondant! Wizard101 World Idea

Welcome to the world of Fondant! A world of delicious cakes, sweet frosting, and mouth watering candies!

I have thought this world's story line out much more than I have in previous ones, so here goes.

At level 30, Dalia Falmea will contact you and say "Young Wizard, we have something very very important for you to do right now. Please come to the Fire Classroom as soon as you can,"

Once you get to the fire school, she says, "As you may know, Merle Ambrose's birthday is quickly approaching... oh you didn't know?... 'how old is he?' you ask... you know, I am not quite sure, but that is besides the point. I need you to go around and talk to each of the professors and make sure that each of their preparations is going to schedule,"

You will then go talk to each of the professors- Halston is in charge of balloons, Moolinda is in charge of the band (a band of trumpet vines), Cyrus was in charge of invitations- and he makes you go and give one to Diego, Harold, and Mr. Lincoln, and finally you go to Lydia Greyrose who is in charge of the cake.

Greyrose- "Hello young wizard!-- the cake? THE CAKE! Oh heavens to polaris! I forgot to pick up that cake! Young wizard, do me a favor and pick it up, here take this world key to Fondant... you've never been to Fondant before? Oh it is quite a sweet place, actually it is near my homeworld of Karamelle! Go to the muffin man, he should have the cake, he lives on Drury Lane,"

Head to the world door, and enter the world of Fondant! The commons are is Birthdayville, a town full of cupcake huts, with birthday candles on top of them. You find the muffin man and he says he is only a muffin man, you need to find the baker, who lives in the base of Baker's Tower.

In Baker's Tower, you fight you way up, fighting oven clockworks and animated icing blobs. Once you make it to the top, the baker says the cake was stolen (of course). From now on, the baker is in the lobby of the tower, and you can talk to him easily.

You make your way up the stacks and into the cupcake jungle, where you find the culprit, a gobbler! After defeating the gobbler you take it back to the baker, and you go back to Wizard City.

"Oh you are quick wizard!" Says Greyrose, "Now, go to Professor Falmea, I think she needs you to do one more thing!"

Dalia- "Alright young wizard, I think we are already to go! Go get Merle Ambrose and bring him back here,"

So you now go Merle Ambrose, "Hello young wizard! I don't believe I called you did I? Oh... you have something to show me? Let's go then!"

You run back to Ravenwood and there is a cut scene! It would be the same as the Ravenwood graduation, but with different characters, and new dialogue. "What are surprise! Hahahaha!" Says Merle Ambrose, "You put this together young wizard? Thank you very much!"

Then there is an explosion of balloons and a present appears, Merle Ambrose says, "Oh no no, I don't need anything, young wizard, you can have this as a thank you for the best birthday surprise I've ever had. I have to say, I usually don't like birthdays, but this was a grand exception!"

He rewards you with a large birthday cake housing item, a special party hat wearable item, cake related pet snacks, a couple thousand gold, a hundred arena tickets, and a training point.

The Areas:
Birthdayville: A town of cupcake huts, home to the Spiral's most renowned bakers
Baker's Tower: The mysterious Baker's home
The Cherry River: The cherry fluid flows from within the world, when you walk in it, you get the negative movement (like when you walk in honey in the Amber Estate).
The Stacks: Several tiers of nothing but delicious cake... and monsters!
Cupcake Jungle: The most mysterious part of the world, cupcakes make a dimly lit and dangerous jungle on the top of the stacks.

I hope you enjoyed the world... keep an eye out for a new idea coming out soon for Thanksgiving! (Hint- think Horns of Plenty)...
